Pitchly AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Pitchly AI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider (e.g., Apple, Google), we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us.

Practice Recordings & Transcripts

When you record a practice pitch in the app, we process the audio to produce a transcript and AI feedback. Recordings are associated with your account and used to deliver the Service to you. You can delete any recording at any time from within the app.

Usage Data

We collect non-identifying information about how you use the app — features accessed, session counts, crashes, and performance metrics — so we can improve reliability and product quality.

Payment Information

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or our payment partner. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To generate AI feedback on your practice sessions
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations

3. AI Processing

Practice audio and transcripts may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers under data-processing agreements to generate feedback. We do not use your recordings to train public AI models, and we do not sell your recordings or transcripts.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, AI processing); (b) authorities when required by law; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. You can delete individual recordings at any time, and you can request deletion of your entire account by contacting us at hello@pitchlyai.app. Some information may be retained as required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and notify us of any suspected breach.
